SHELBY — The village, which has been without a Department of Public Works (DPW) supervisor for over a year, announced that the position has been filled with the recent hiring of Greg Macintosh of Middleville, Michigan. SHELBY — Shelby Police Chief Robert Wilson has been suspended from his job without pay pending an internal investigation, according to Village Administrator Chelsea Stratil.
