HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court: Rachel Rae Davis, 38, of Montague, pleaded guilty May 20 to attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced to 44 days in jail with credit for 44 days served and $250 in fines and costs.
