New Era man killed in icy US 31 crash

SHELBY TOWNSHIP — A 52-year-old New Era man died after he was ejected from the 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer he was driving following a single-vehicle crash early Saturday morning, March 28, on northbound US 31 near 66th Avenue, according to an Oceana County Sheriff’s Office accident report. US 31 bridge work near Pentwater to begin April 6
