HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Spoelhof
Jason Garth Spoelhof, 28, pleaded guilty July 6 to firearms possession by a prohibited person and was sentenced Oct. 26 to one year in jail with credit for two days served; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
Ludlow
Christina Kaye Ludlow, year of birth 1988*, pleaded guilty Sept. 1 to fleeing police officer and was sentenced Nov. 2 to two months in jail with credit for 63 days served; one year probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
Dukes
Matthew Charles Dukes, 41, pleaded guilty Sept. 14 to fleeing a police officer and was sentenced Nov. 2 to one year in jail with credit for 74 days served and $598 in fines and costs. Dukes was also found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Nov. 2 to one year in jail with credit for 70 days served. His probation arose from Jan. 5, 2026 conviction of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession, according to court records.
Witham
Jeremy Allen Witham, year of birth 1990, pleaded guilty Sept. 14 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
