HART — The following were recently arraigned on felony charges in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
Brittany Elizabeth Crawford, year of birth 1993*, possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams and possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams. Offense date: Aug. 24, 2026. Bail $10,000/personal recognizance (PR). Preliminary exam: Nov. 3 at 1 p.m.
Curtis Lester-Lee Tice, Sr., year of birth 1987, two counts of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and one count of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams. Offense date: May 28, 2026. Bail: $50,000/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Nov. 3 at 1 p.m.
Raelynn Ranee Snell, year of birth 1981, possession of methamphetamine. Offense date: July 11, 2026. Bail: $2,500/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Nov. 3 at 1 p.m.
Rachel Jade Tanner, year of birth 1984, methamphetamine possession. Offense date: Oct. 17, 2026. Bail: $3,500/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Nov. 3 at 1 p.m.
Russell William Robbins, year of birth 1975, possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams. Offense date: Aug. 31, 2026. Bail: $5,000/PR. Preliminary exam: Nov. 3 at 1 p.m.
Enrique James Garza, year of birth 1996, methamphetamine possession. Offense date: Sept. 17, 2026. Bail: $10,000/PR. Preliminary exam: Nov. 10 at 1 p.m.
