HART — The following were sentenced Monday, Oct. 5, in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Gill
Isaac Robert Gill, 37, was found guilty by a jury, Aug. 5, of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced, Oct. 5, to one year in jail with credit for 64 days served; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
Amanda Fetterhoff
Amanda Marie Fetterhoff, 39, pleaded guilty, Aug. 10, to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and received a delayed sentence, Oct. 5, of two days in jail with credit for two days served; 11 months probation; and $658 in fines and costs. Typically, when a defendant receives a delayed sentence, they can plead to a reduced misdemeanor charge if they successfully complete probation. A delayed sentence hearing is set for Sept. 13, 2027.
