HART — The following were recently sentenced in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Bey
Lord Serapis Ophiucus Bey, 37, pleaded guilty July 20 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced Sept. 28 to 10 months in jail with credit for 107 days served; 18 months probation; and $598 in fines and costs. One count of controlled substance possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic was dismissed.
Reyes-Garcia
Jose Adrian Reyes-Garcia, 45, pleaded guilty July 20 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Sept. 28 to six months in jail with credit for 127 days served; two years probation; and $1,108 in fines and costs. One misdemeanor count of open intoxicants was dismissed.
Sheafor
Donald George Sheafor, 40, pleaded guilty July 20 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced Sept. 28 to 10 months in jail with credit for 110 days served and $598 in fines and costs.
Pitsch
Andrew Charles-Glen Pitsch, 39, pleaded guilty July 20 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Sept. 28 to 60 days in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $598 in fines and costs, One count of possession of weapons/ammunition by a felon was dismissed.
Hassan
Mohamed Ali Hassan, 36, pleaded guilty Aug. 3 to dangerous weapon, interfering with electronic communications and a misdemeanor of second-offense domestic violence and was sentenced Sept. 28 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $909 in fines and costs
