HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Greiner
David Martin Greiner, 37, pleaded guilty July 6 to a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Sept. 14 to seven months in jail with credit for three days served; 18 months probation; and $686 in fines and costs. One misdemeanor count of driving while license suspended was dismissed.
Streicher
Daniel Scott Streicher, 42, pleaded guilty July 6 to a felony of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced Sept. 14 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
Boomer
Brianna Berniece Boomer, 34, pleaded no contest July 6 to a felony of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced Sept. 14 to 32 days in jail with credit for 32 days served; one year probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
Wilks
Jason Dale Wilks, 42 pleaded guilty July 6 to a felony of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced Sept. 14 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $598 in fines and costs. One misdemeanor count of unlawful license plate was dismissed.
Pell
Robert Glen Pell, 46, pleaded guilty July 6 to a felony of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced Sept. 14 to nine days in jail with credit for nine days served; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
Bard
Marquis Austin Bard, 34, pleaded guilty June 22 to assault with a dangerous weapon and was sentenced Sept. 14 to seven days in jail with credit for seven days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs.
