- 9:49 a.m., a 42-year-old Detroit woman was cited for operating without insurance, failure to yield and expired registration following a vehicle crash, Church and State streets, City of Hart. No one was injured.
- 12:05 p.m., hit-and-run crash, State and Main streets, City of Hart.
- 1:29 p.m., driving complaint, Wood and State streets, City of Hart.
- 2:16 p.m., disturbance, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
- 7:21 p.m., a 57-year-old Hart woman was cited for disorderly conduct, John Gurney Park, Eastern Park Road, City of Hart.
Friday, Sept. 4, 2026:
- 12:06 a.m., a 49-year-old Hart man was arrested for operating while intoxicated and transporting open intoxicants, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
- 1:52 p.m., larceny, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart.
- 1:52 p.m., peacekeeping, 2000 block of Comfort Drive, City of Hart.
- 8:07 p.m., medical assist, 20 block of North State Street, City of Hart.
- 7:07 p.m., suspicious situation, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

- 5:36 p.m., a 20-year-old Hart man was arrested on a warrant, 600 block of Dryden Street City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2026:
- 4:39 a.m., suspicious situation, 100 block of Wigton Street, City of Hart.
- 3:05 p.m., harassment complaint, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
- 7:45 p.m., family trouble, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart.
