• 3:20 p.m., fraud complaint, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 3:55 p.m., suspicious situation, 600 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
• 8:44 p.m., a 50-year-old Hart man was arrested for disorderly conduct, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2026:

• 12:45 a.m., general assistance, 500 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.
• 2:24 p.m., juvenile complaint, 500 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart.
• 4:57 p.m., wellbeing check, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
