79th District Court felony arraignments, published Sept. 2, 2026

HART — The following were recently arraigned on felony charges in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Bolan

Roy Daniel Bolan, Jr., two felony counts of malicious destruction of property $1,000-$20,000 and one misdemeanor count of reckless driving. Offense date: April 30, 2026. Agency: Michigan State Police (MSP). Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR). Preliminary exam: Sept. 15 at 1 p.m.

Coronado

Rudy Coronado, 45, fourth-degree fleeing a police officer and three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Offense date: July 28, 2026. Agency: Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO). Bail: $10,000/surety. Preliminary exam: Sept. 8 at 1 p.m.

Madrigal

Lazaro Daniel Madrigal, Sr., 44, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and weapons/ammunition possession by a prohibited person. Offense date: June 8, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $150.10 percent. Probable cause conference: Sept. 8 at 1 p.m.

Bowman

Daniel Jay Bowman, 31, aggravated distribution of child sexually abusive activity, possession of child sexually abusive materials and computers/internet—communicating with another to commit a crime. Offense date: May 22, 2026. Agency: MSP. Bail: $1,500/10 percent. Probable cause conference: Sept. 15 at 1 p.m.

Forbes

Harold Leslie Forbes, Jr., a felony of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended. Offense date: Aug. 10, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $150/10 percent.

Baron

Carmen Marie Baron, 48, second-offense drug possession with intent to deliver. Offense date: Aug. 11, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety. Probable cause conference: Sept. 15 at 1 p.m.

Jenkins

Joshua Samuel-Thomas Jenkins, 31, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Offense date: July 12, 2026. Agency: MSP. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Jenkins failed to appear for a probable cause conference scheduled for Aug. 25, and a bench warrant was issued, court records show.

Wier

Ashley Nicolle Wier, 34, embezzlement $1,000-$20,000. Offense date: April 1, 2023. Agency: MSP. Bail: $150/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Sept. 8 at 1 p.m.

Flores

Kriss Flores, 51, narcotic/cocaine possession. Offense date: July 15, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $5,000/PR. Preliminary exam: Sept. 8 at 1 p.m.

Ludlow

Christina Kaye Ludlow, a felony of fourth-degree fleeing a police officer and a misdemeanor of operating with an altered license. Offense date: April 13, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Sept. 8 at 1 p.m.

Meekhof

Douglas Elon Meekhof, 56,  a felony of fourth-degree fleeing a police officer and a misdemeanor of failure to stop for a marine officer/giving false ID. Bail: $5,000/PR. Preliminary exam: Sept. 15 at 1 p.m.

Facundo

Aaron Ignacio Facundo, 28, a felony of possession of a dangerous weapon and a misdemeanor of using 911 services for an unauthorized purpose. Offense date: Aug. 1, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $5,000/PR.

Wall

Jessica Raelynn Wall, 30, delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Offense date: June 27, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $5,000/PR. Preliminary exam: Sept. 15 at 1 p.m.

Herevia

Julian David Herevia, 18, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession, two counts of felony firearm, two counts of receiving/concealing firearms and two counts of carrying a concealed weapon. Offense date: Aug. 26, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $50,000/surety. Preliminary exam: Sept. 15 at 1 p.m.

Nicholas Robert Tovas, 38, narcotic/cocaine possession less than 25 grams. Offense date: July 19, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $10,000/PR. Preliminary exam: Sept. 15 at 1 p.m. Photo not available. 

Lopez-Garcia

Gloria Adela Lopez-Garcia, 35, a felony of fourth-degree fleeing a police officer and a misdemeanor of operating without insurance. Offense date: March 19, 2026. Agency: Hart Police Department. Bail: $500/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Sept. 1 at 1 p.m.
