GOLDEN TOWNSHIP — A 59-year-old Flint man was transported to Trinity Health Muskegon Hospital by Life EMS Saturday, Aug. 15, at approximately 11 a.m. following a single-vehicle crash at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes.
The man was operating a 2021 Polaris Sportsman in the ORV scramble area when he “encountered bumps on the backside of Test Hill,” losing control of the ATV. He was ejected, and the Polaris partially landed on him, states the report.
He suffered chest and back injuries, the report states.
