HART — West Shore Bank has contributed $10,000 to the Community Foundation for Oceana County’s Founders Circle Capital Campaign.
The campaign is supporting the renovation of a historic building in downtown Hart that will become the foundation’s permanent home and provide a gathering space for the community.
The renovated facility will include office and meeting space intended to serve residents, nonprofit organizations and community partners throughout Oceana County.
“At West Shore Bank, we believe strong communities are built through local partnerships and meaningful investment,” West Shore Bank President and CEO Ray Biggs said. “We are honored to support the Oceana Community Foundation’s vision and help create a space that will strengthen community connections and support local initiatives for generations to come.”
The contribution is part of its longstanding commitment to supporting organizations that improve quality of life in the communities it serves. West Shore Bank supports community initiatives through charitable giving, volunteerism and partnerships.
“We are grateful for West Shore Bank’s support of this transformational project,” Oceana Community Foundation Executive Director Tammy Carey said. “Community partners like West Shore Bank make it possible for us to create resources and opportunities that will benefit Oceana County for years to come.”
