Monday, July 27, 2026:
- 8:11 p.m., a 25-year-old Manistee man was arrested on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, driving while license suspended and car theft, Jefferson Road and 96th Avenue, Weare Township. The car, which is a 2008 Dodge Avenger, was reported stolen in Manistee County, said Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast. The concealed weapon was a set of brass knuckles. The man was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Tuesday, July 28, 2026:
- 9:38 p.m., a 45-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for fleeing and eluding police and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police following a police chase that began on Monroe Road near 144th Avenue in Crystal Township and ended on Tyler Road near 104th Avenue. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Thursday, July 30, 2026:
- 8 a.m., malicious destruction of property, 8200 block of West Woodrow Road, Benona Township. A high-tension fence was destroyed.
Friday, July 31, 2026:
- 9:14 a.m., a mig welder was stolen during a breaking and entering, 1900 block of West Garfield Road, Grant Township.
- 9:24 a.m., a yellow go cart and 300 pounds of scrap metal were stolen from property located in the 6900 block of South Maple Island Road, Greenwood Township.
- 2:22 p.m., a 19-year-old Shelby man was cited for driving while license suspended, Ferry Street, Village of Shelby.
Saturday, Aug. 1, 2026:
- 1:10 a.m., a 60-year-old Muskegon man was cited for driving while license suspended and open intoxicants, 100th Avenue near Winston Road, Grant Township.
- 8:12 p.m., a 28-year-old New Era man was arrested for misusing 911 calls and carrying a concealed weapon, 300 block of West Meyers Road, Village of New Era. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Sunday, Aug. 2, 2026:
- 4:45 p.m., a 51-year-old Shelby man was cited for driving while license revoked, Polk Road near Oceana Drive, City of Hart.
- 9:51 p.m., a 30-year-old Muskegon man was arrested for second-offense operating while intoxicated, 192nd Avenue and Skeels Road, Greenwood Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Monday, Aug. 3, 2026:
- 2:56 a.m., a 31-year-old Walkerville woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated, East White River Drive near 148th Avenue, Ferry Township. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
