HART — The Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office released the list of criminal offenses arising out of the Electric Forest Festival held at the Double JJ Resort in Rothbury, June 25-28.
EF criminal offenses processed by the prosecutor’s office so far include:
- Four traffic offenses;
- Two controlled substance delivery cases;
- One controlled substance possession case;
- Two domestic violence charges;
- Two assault and battery offenses;
- One operating while intoxicated case;
- Two trespassing charges;
- One larceny offense.
“There are also seven pending cases from SSCENT (State Sheriffs’ Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team) that are expected to be submitted when their investigations/processes are completed,” said Oceana County Prosecuting Attorney Joseph Bizon.
The case involving the deceased infant found in the porta-potty is also being investigated, said Bizon.
The massive music festival attracts tens of thousands of people from across the US and beyond.
