Millis

Derek William Millis, 44, of Muskegon, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Offense date: Feb. 2, 2026. Agency: Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO). Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR). Preliminary exam: May 26 at 1 p.m.

Gardner

Chelsea Marie Gardner, 28, of Muskegon, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Offense date: Jan. 30, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $10,000/surety/cash. Preliminary exam: May 26 at 1 p.m.

Harford

John Perry Harford V, 33, of Hart, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Offense date: May 2, 2026. Agency: Hart Police Department. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: May 19 at 1 p.m.

Nichols

Jared Matthew Nichols, 38, of Pierson, Mich., larceny $1,000-$20,000. Offense date: April 1, 2026. Agency: Pentwater Police Department. Bail: $7,5000/surety. Preliminary exam: May 19 at 1 p.m.

Stevens

Matthew Martin-Allen Stevens, 45, of Hesperia, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Offense date: Feb. 27, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: May 19 at 1 p.m.

Crittenden

Robert J. Crittenden, 41, of Allegan, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Offense date: Oct. 3, 2025. Agency: Michigan State Police. Bail: $500/PR. Probable cause conference: May 19 at 1 p.m.

Ricketson

Lisa Marie Ricketson, 47, of Hesperia, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Offense date: Jan. 30, 2026. Agency: not listed. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. The case was bound over to 51st Circuit Court. Pretrial: June 1 at 10:15 a.m.

Hill

William Bronson Hill, Jr., 50, of New Era, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Offense date: March 19, 2026. Agency: not listed. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. The case was bound over to 51st Circuit Court. Pretrial: June 1 at 10 a.m.

Thrailkill

Patrick James Thrailkill, 42, of Hart, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Offense date: April 11, 2026. Agency: not listed. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. The case was bound over to 51st Circuit Court. Pretrial: June 1 at 10:20 a.m.

Fotis

Samantha Jean Fotis, 33, of Cadillac, Mich., breaking and entering a building with intent and a misdemeanor of larceny $200-$1,000. Offense date: Dec. 8, 2025. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $150/10 percent. Probable cause conference: May 26 at 1 p.m.
