Monday, April 27, 2026:
- 2:37 p.m., larceny of a Hewlett-Packard 17-inch laptop valued at $1,700 in the 9400 block of South East Lane Drive, Grant Township.
Tuesday, April 28, 2026:
- 5:13 a.m., a 52-year-old Fremont man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, South 192nd Avenue, Newfield Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
- 4:08 p.m., a methamphetamine possession charge is pending lab analysis of the substance against a 45-year-old Hesperia man, 7300 block of East Loop Road, Newfield Township.
Thursday, April 30, 2026:
- 1:36 p.m., animal abandonment/cruelty, farm ducks were allegedly abandoned inside a coop without food or water when the owners moved away. One duck was rescued and turned over to Oceana County Animal Control, and three ducks died, 1500 block of East Wilke Road, Otto Township. Two suspects were summoned to appear in 79th District Court.
Friday, May 1, 2026:
- 11:47 a.m., a 63-year-old Hesperia man was cited for driving while license revoked, State and Church streets, Village of Hesperia.
Saturday, May 2, 2026:
- 9:49 p.m., a 19-year-old Shelby man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, Grant Road and 72nd Avenue, Shelby Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Monday, May 4, 2026:
- 3:03 a.m., operating while intoxicated and an injury crash, Lake Holiday Drive, Golden Township. (The report is not yet completed.)
- 10:41 a.m., a 33-year-old Hart man was arrested on a warrant and charged with driving while license revoked and operating without insurance, 4300 block of North 68th Avenue, Pentwater Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
- 5:56 p.m., a 60-year-old Bitely man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, Filmore Road and 144th Avenue, Elbridge Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
