The following is recent Oceana County activity of the Hart post of the Michigan State Police:
Thursday, April 30, 2026:
- 1:40 p.m., a 40-year-old New Era man was cited for operating without a license, Michigan Avenue, Village of Rothbury.
Friday, May 1, 2026:
- 10 a.m., a 20-year-old Shelby man was cited for unlawful license plate use, Polk Road near the Michigan Secretary of State office, City of Hart.
- 4:05 p.m., a 51-year-old Grand Rapids man was arrested on a warrant and cited for driving while license suspended, US 31 near Tyler Road, Hart Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
