HART — The following were sentenced this week in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Robart
Brett Daniel Robart, 42, pleaded no contest Feb, 23 to third-degree fleeing a police officer and operating while impaired and was sentenced April 13 to 209 days in jail with credit for 209 days served and $648 in fines and costs.

Osterman
Brandon David Osterman, 46, pleaded guilty Feb. 9 to possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced April 13 to three days in jail with credit for three days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. A second count of possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic was dismissed.

Oom
Brett Andrew Oom, 38, pleaded guilty Feb. 9 to using computers to communicate with others to commit a crime and was sentenced April 13 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. One count of stalking and one count of intentional dissemination of sexually explicit visual material was dismissed. A delayed sentence hearing is set for March 22, 2027.
Joseph Michael Shuker, 40, pleaded guilty Feb. 9 to possession of analogues and was sentenced April 13 to 13 days in jail with credit for 13 days served; one year probation; and $598 in fines and costs. One count of third-degree retail fraud was dismissed.

Alltop
Kelly Ray Alltop, 33, pleaded guilty Feb. 9 to two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced April 13 to 37 days in jail with credit for 37 days served; 18 months probation; and $598 in fines and costs.

Allen Williams
Allen Robert Williams, 31, pleaded no contest to breaking and entering a building with intent and was sentenced April 13 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $896.93 in fines, costs and restitution. One count of breaking and entering — illegal entry was dismissed.

Cornelio
Christobal Jacinto Cornelio, 44, pleaded no contest March 2 to third-degree home invasion and domestic violence was sentenced April 13 to 203 days in jail with credit for 203 days served; one year probation; and $708 in fines and costs.

Vap
Julia Rose Vap, 25, pleaded guilty Feb. 2 to delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and was sentenced April 13 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs.
