• Elmer Damian Cruz-Cruz, 22, of Shelby, failure to stop after a property damage accident. Offense date: March 4, 2026. Agency: HPD. Bail: PR. Pretrial: April 23 at 10:15 a.m.
• Deborah Ann Knop, 36, of Hesperia, operating while intoxicated. Offense date: April 3, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $750/cash. Pretrial: May 14 at 2:30 p.m.
• Paul Elmer Storm, 65, of Walkerville, harboring a runaway. Offense date: March 15, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $1,000/PR. Pretrial: April 23 at 9:15 a.m.
• Kennedy Axel Storm 20, of Walkerville, harboring a runaway. Offense date: March 15, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $1,00/PR. Pretrial: April 30 at 9:30 a.m. 
• Jacob Timothy Tjapkes, of Shelby, second-offense operating while intoxicated. Offense date: March 31, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bond: $1,000/10 percent. Pretrial: May 7 at 1 p.m.
