Theodore
Justin Scott Theodore, 27, of Hesperia, carrying a concealed weapon. Offense date: March 20, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR). Probable cause conference: April 7 at 1 p.m.

- Brianna Kay DeVries, 30, of Shelby, domestic violence. Offense date: March 21. 2026. Agency: Shelby Police Department (SPD). Bail: $500/cash. Pretrial: April 23 at 1 p.m.
- Corydon James Smith, 47, of Mears, operating while intoxicated. Offense date: March 21, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $500/cash. Pretrial: April 30 at 1:15 p.m.
- Melissa Sue Cover, 60, of Montague, second-offense operating while intoxicated. Offense date: March 26, 2026. Agency: SPD. Bail: $750/10 percent. Pretrial: May 7 at 10:30 a.m.
- David Lee Eslick II, 38, of Shelby, breaking and entering — domestic relationship. Offense date: March 22, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $350/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: April 9 at 11:15 a.m.
- Elmer Damian Cruz-Cruz, 22, of Shelby, failure to stop for a property damage accident. Offense date: March 4, 2026. Agency: Hart Police Department (HPD). Bail: $1,000/PR. Pretrial: April 23 at 10:15 a.m.
