HART — The following were sentenced this week in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Yonker
Jason Daniel Yonker, 39, pleaded guilty Feb. 26 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced March 23 to concurrent terms of one year and seven months minimum to a maximum of five years in prison and one year and four months minimum to a maximum of two years in prison with credit for 80 days served and $984 in fines and costs.
Tate
Jaxon Laine Tate, 28, pleaded guilty Jan. 26 to fourth-degree fleeing a police officer and was sentenced March 23 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs.
Crider
Drake Nicholas Crider, 40, pleaded guilty Dec. 10, 2024 to carrying a concealed weapon, firearms possession by a prohibited person and possession of ammunition by a felon and was sentenced March 23 to 114 days in jail with credit for 24 days served; two years probation; and $794 in fines and costs. One count of felony firearm was dismissed.
