The following is recent activity of the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office:
Tuesday, March 10, 2026:
- 3:05 a.m., a 46-year-old Twin Lake man was arrested on a warrant, Wesco, Village of Rothbury. A charge of methamphetamine possession is pending lab results of the substance. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Friday, March 13, 2026:
- 1:13 p.m., a vinyl plank valued at $90 was reported stolen, 6800 block of East Farber Road, Newfield Township.
Saturday, March 14, 2026:
- 4:22 p.m., a 51-year-old Williamston, Mich. man was arrested on a warrant and also charged with second-offense driving while license revoked, Michigan Avenue near Winston Road, Village of Rothbury. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
- 10:02 p.m., a 44-year-old Muskegon man was arrested for second-offense driving while license revoked, operating without insurance and improper license plate, Garfield Road near 144th Avenue, Otto Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Monday, March 16, 2026:
- 5:53 a.m., a 48-year-old Pentwater man was arrested for felon in possession of ammunition, driving while license suspended and on a warrant, Adams Road near 64th Avenue, Pentwater Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
