HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Cisneros
– Gabriel Knight Cisneros, 42, pleaded guilty Dec. 5 to third-degree fleeing a police officer and was sentenced Feb. 23 to 210 days in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
Beagle
– Chelce Jo Beagle, 32, pleaded guilty Jan. 5 to breaking and entering a building with intent and was sentenced March 2 to five months in jail with credit for 131 days served; 18 months probation; $3,640 in restitution; and $598 in fines and costs. A second count of breaking and entering a building with intent was dismissed.
Conklin
– Casey Ray Conklin, 22, pleaded guilty Jan. 5 to larceny $1,000-$20,000 and was sentenced March 2 to three days in jail with credit for three days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. A restitution hearing is scheduled for May 11.
McAlary
– Rosanna Ellen McAlary, 26, pleaded guilty Jan. 5 to non-sufficient fund check and was sentenced March 2 to eight days in jail with credit for eight days served; one year probation; $502.65 in restitution; and $598 in fines and costs.
Hampton
– Dominique Niccolas Hampton, 26, pleaded guilty Jan. 5 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced March 2 to two months in jail with credit for 11 days served; 18 months probation; and $398 in fines and costs.
Sheafor
– Ronald Warren Sheafor, 33, pleaded guilty Jan. 5 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced March 2 to 122 days in jail with credit for 122 days served; 18 months probation; and $598 in fines and costs. One count of possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic was dismissed.
