Rodriguez-Maldonado
– Romero Rodriguez-Maldonado, 52, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Offense date: April 7, 2025. Agency: Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO). Bail: $250/10 percent. Preliminary exam: March 3 at 1 p.m.
Springstead
– Gabriel James Springstead, 22, of White Cloud, one count of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and one count of delivery/manufacture of schedule 1-3 drug. Offense date: Nov. 24, 2025. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $350/10 percent.
Baisden
– Joe Don Baisden, 47, of Pentwater and Allen Park, Mich., failure to register as a sex offender. Offense date: Nov. 11, 2025. Agency: OCSO. Baisden is also charged with fourth-degree fleeing a police officer and a a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated in a separate file. Offense date: Aug. 10, 2025. Agency: OCSO. Preliminary exam: March 3 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Schilz
– William David Schilz, 52, of Rothbury, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Offense date: Oct. 28, 2025. Agency: OCSO. Preliminary exam: Feb. 24 at 1 p.m. Bail info not available.

– Kristi Ann Monroe, 34, of Fremont, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of operating without a license. Offense date: Jan. 13, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $1,875.50/surety. Preliminary exam: March 17 at 1 p.m.

– Peter F. Horter, 64, of Shelby, operating while intoxicated and open intoxicants. Offense date: Jan. 17, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $750/cash. Pretrial: March 12 at 11:45 a.m.
– Richard James Davis, 37, of Muskegon, operating while intoxicated. Offense date: Feb. 7, 2026. Agency: MSP. Bail: $250/10 percent. Pretrial: March 19 at 3 p.m.
– Juan Francisco Flores-Campos, 32, of Ludington, operating while intoxicated, open intoxicants and second-offense driving while license suspended. Offense date: Feb. 3, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $1,000/10 percent. Pretrial: March 12 at 10:45 a.m.
– Ashley Marie Smith, 34, of Owosso, Mich., illegal entry. Offense date: Nov. 22, 2025. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: March 5 at 3:15 p.m.
– Marco Antonio Soto-Lopez, 35, of Plant City, Fla., operating while intoxicated. Offense date: July 18, 2021. Driving while license suspended. Offense date: Feb. 2, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $500/cash. Pretrial: March 19 at 2:30 p.m.
– Andrew James Fluellen, 63, of Detroit, operating with a blood alcohol content of .17 or higher, open intoxicants and driving while license suspended. Offense date: Feb. 3, 2026. Agency: MSP. Bail: $750/10 percent. Pretrial: March 12 at 9:30 a.m.
