Offense date: Feb. 1, 2026. Agency: Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO). Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Feb. 17 at 1 p.m.
Saldana
– Raul Rodriguez Saldana Jr., 29, of Shelby, fugitive from justice. Offense date: Jan. 14, 2026. Agency: OCSO. The extradition hearing was Feb. 3, and Saldana is awaiting the issuance of a warrant in Hidalgo County, Texas on a charge of probation violation.

– Jose Bruno Flores, 53, of Charlotte, Mich., check — no account. Offense date: Aug. 11, 2011. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $500/10 percent. Probable cause conference: Feb. 17 at 1 p.m.

Alivia Louis Tomaras, 20, of Hesperia, second-offense operating while intoxicated and transporting open intoxicants. Offense date: Jan. 27, 2026. Agency: Michigan State Police (MSP). Bail: $1,500/10 percent. Pretrial: Feb. 19 at 11 a.m.
Eric Alan Jager, 31, of Holton, disorderly person — obscene conduct. Offense date: Jan. 21, 2026. Agency: HPD. Bail: $1,000/PR. Pretrial: Feb. 19 at 3:35 p.m.
Karl Lee Civis, 42, of New Era, assault and battery. Offense date: Jan. 20, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Bond: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pleaded “no contest” Jan. 27, 2026 and was sentenced to eight days in jail; six months probation; and $125 in fines and costs.
