CUSTER — Mason County Eastern defeated Walkerville 52-43 Monday.
“It was a well earned victory in a competitive game tonight. I thought we did a nice job of sharing the ball and scoring in the paint tonight. These guys are developing some good chemistry and it’s fun to see. Guards David Gaudette and Cruze Goble did a good job keeping game under our control. Our center Tristin Cullen had strong game on defense, rebounding, and paint scoring tonight which really brought this win home down the stretch.”
Walkerville does not have a varsity boys basketball team this season. OCP did not receive game information from the Walkerville coach.
