Rader
– Darrell Lee Rader, 30, of Mears, breaking and entering a building with intent. Offense date: Dec. 20, 2025. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $10,000/PR. Probable cause conference: Feb. 24 at 1 p.m.

Mendoza
– Xavier Sabastian Mendoza, 39, of Hart, two counts of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams. Offense date: Nov. 18, 2025. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $6,250/surety. Probable cause conference: Jan. 27 at 1 p.m.

Bowerman
– Carrie Lynn Bowerman, 38, of Hesperia, methamphetamine possession. Offense date: Nov. 18, 2025. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $5,000/PR. Preliminary exam: Feb. 3 at 1 p.m.

– Gabriel Kent Jones, 18, of Fremont, underage operating while intoxicated — blood alcohol content (BAC) .02-.07 and transporting open intoxicants. Offense date: Dec. 27, 2025. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $750/cash. Pretrial: Feb. 12 at 1:15 p.m.
– Kyle Scott Venne, 27, of Muskegon, operating while intoxicated and transporting open intoxicants. Offense date: Dec. 26, 2025. Agency: OCSO. Bail: $750/cash. Pretrial: Feb. 5 at 3:15 p.m.
– Adrian Lee Vela, 37, of Hart, disorderly conduct — drunk. Offense date: Dec. 24, 2025. Agency: Michigan State Police (MSP). Bail: $150/cash. Pretrial: Jan. 29 at 11:30 a.m.
– Marcus David Pierce, 35, of Hart, third-degree retail fraud and illegal entry. Offense dates: Dec. 6, 2025 and Jan. 9, 2026. Agencies: SPD and Hart Police Department (HPD). Bail: $100/10 percent. Pretrial: Feb. 5 at 1:15 p.m.

– Sean Lawrence Cory, 39, of Hart, illegal entry and disorderly conduct — drunk. Offense date: Jan. 5, 2026. Agency: HPD. Bail: $250/10 percent. Pretrial: Jan. 22.
