HART — The City of Hart has announced details for Winterfest 2026 — a celebration packed with outdoor fun, friendly competition, and community activities for all ages.
Find the full schedule of events and registration links at www.takemetohart.org/winterfest
Winterfest festivities kick off Saturday, Jan. 31, with the Fourth Annual Frozen Tinman Golf Outing — a Hart favorite that brings golf to the snow. The event will take place at the City of Hart irrigation property on Polk Road. Teams of two to four players will bundle up and enjoy nine holes of winter golf using tennis balls instead of golf balls. Participants may walk the course or ride using a golf cart or ORV. Check-in begins at 1:30 p.m., and the outing starts at 2 p.m.

The cost is $35 per player, which includes event entry, three tennis balls, food and participation in a raffle. Registration is available at city hall, at the event, or online at:

- 2nd Annual Winterfest Cornhole Tournament: Begins at 2:30 p.m. in the parking lot next to La Probadita. Team-based, single-elimination tournament with cash prizes for first through third place. The first team with 21 or more points advances. Pre-registration is required — no same-day signups. The cost is $25 per team. Register your team HERE.
New this year are limited edition Hart Winterfest 2026 sweatshirts. This is a pre-sale only, and sweatshirts will not be available to buy the day of the event. There are both hooded and crewneck sweatshirts. Your order must be in by first thing Monday morning, Jan. 18, to ensure your sweatshirts are ready for the event. Order your sweatshirt HERE.
Throughout the day, fire pits will be lit around downtown Hart, and a DJ will keep the party going with music all day long, creating a festive atmosphere for residents and visitors alike.
