HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
Jonathon Scott Morse, 37, pleaded guilty Nov. 18 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Dec. 23 to two days in jail with credit for time served; six months probation; and $1,155 in fines and costs.
Jacob Garrett Young, 26, pleaded guilty Nov. 18 to second-offense operating while impaired and was sentenced Dec. 16 to five days in jail with credit for time served; six months probation; and $1,155 in fines and costs.
Michelle Kufta, 38, pleaded guilty Nov. 18 to malicious use of a telephone to threaten and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs.
Jeffrey Lovell Brown, 58, pleaded guilty Nov. 18 to disturbing the peace and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for time served and $300 in fines and costs. One count of disorderly person — obscene conduct was dismissed.
Monica Crystal Moore, 30, pleaded guilty Nov. 18 to assault and battery and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for time served; six months probation; and $300 in fines and costs.
Rachel Erin Cane-Hance, 50, pleaded no contest Nov. 18 to third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to $206.50 in fines, costs and restitution.
Steven Olvera, 26, pleaded guilty Sept. 30 to operating while impaired and was sentenced Dec. 16 to one day in jail with credit for time served and $1,055 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
Keegan Elijah-Paul Carr, 26, pleaded guilty Nov. 18 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for time served and $1,155 in fines and costs.
Orion James-Hunter Fekken, 3, pleaded guilty Dec. 9 to operating with a high blood alcohol content and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for time served; six months probation; and $1,155 in fines and costs.
Jose David Juarez, 24, pleaded guilty Dec. 9 to third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to $306.89 in fines, costs and restitution.
Greg Edward Gauthier, 60, pleaded guilty Nov. 4 to operating while intoxicated and open intoxicants in a vehicle and was sentenced Dec. 11 to four days in jail with credit for time served; six months probation; outpatient treatment; and $1,155 in fines and costs. One felony count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police was dismissed.
Sasan Jonathan Faradineh, 37, pleaded guilty Dec. 16 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for time served; six months probation; and $1,155 in fines and costs.

Spencer Allen Smith, 21, pleaded guilty Dec. 16 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for time served; six months probation; outpatient treatment; and $1,180 in fines and costs.
Keegan Elijah-Paul Carr, 26, pleaded guilty Nov. 18 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Dec. 16 to one day in jail with credit for time served and $1,155 in fines and costs.

Sara Kay Depeel, 38, pleaded guilty Jan. 6 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for time served; six months probation; and $1,155 in fines and costs.
Fabian Vasquez, Jr., 61, pleaded guilty Jan. 6 to assault and battery and was sentenced to 11 days in jail with credit for time served and $500 in fines and costs.
Eduardo Gonzalez, 32, pleaded guilty Jan. 13 to operating while impaired and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for time served; six months probation; and $1,055 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
Kerri Marie Wright, 50, pleaded guilty Jan. 13 to third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to four days in jail with credit for time served and $250 in fines, costs and restitution.
Driving convictions are reportable to the Michigan Secretary of State, which handles licensing sanctions.
