Felonies

Funderberg

– Pamela Kae Funderberg, 42, of Paris, Mich., methamphetamine possession. Offense date: Aug. 18, 2025. Agency: Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO). Preliminary exam: Jan. 20 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Greiner

– David Martin Greiner, 37, of Hart, third-offense operating while intoxicated and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Offense date: Jan. 3, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Preliminary exam: Jan. 20 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

McLouth

– Timothy Paul McLouth, 62, of Shelby, third-offense operating while intoxicated. Offense date: Jan/ 1, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Preliminary exam: Jan. 20 at 1 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

  • Michell Lynn Highland, 40, of Hart, operating while intoxicated and transporting open intoxicants. Offense date: Jan. 2, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Pretrial: Feb. 5 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $250/10 percent.
  • Angela Marie Moore, 39, of Thompsonville, Mich., operating while impaired by a controlled substance. Offense date: Jan. 4, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Pretrial: Feb. 5 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $250/10 percent.
  • Evan Matthew Russell, 18, of Holton, operating while intoxicated. Offense date: Nov. 23, 2025. Agency: OCSO. Pretrial: Jan. 29 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $750/cash.
  • Jason Dale Wilks, 41, of Hesperia, second-offense DWLS. Offense date: Jan. 3, 2026. Agency: OCSO. Pretrial: Jan. 29 at 11 a.m. Bond: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR).
  • Dustin Jarrod Kokx, 31, of Hesperia, larceny $200-$1,000. Offense date: Nov. 16, 2025. Agency: OCSO. Pretrial: Jan. 22 at 1:30 p.m. Bond: $5,000/PR.
  • Joshua John Roberts, 46, of Walkerville, illegal entry. Offense date: Dec. 31, 2025. Agency: OCSO. Pretrial: Jan. 29 at 11 a.m.  Bond: $5,000/PR.
  • Chanice Charmaign Jones, 36, of Muskegon, second-offense DWLS. Offense date: Nov. 29, 2025. Agency: OCSO. Pretrial: Jan. 22 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
