HART — The following were sentenced this week in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Soltow
– Ted Robert Soltow, 67, pleaded guilty Sept. 18 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced Dec. 8 to 24 days in jail with credit for 24 days served; 18 months probation; and $598 in fines and costs. One count of possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic was dismissed. In a second file, Soltow pleaded guilty Oct. 27 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced Dec. 8 to a concurrent term of 21 days in jail with credit for 21 days served; 18 months probation; and $398 in fines and costs. One count of improper possession of a firearm was dismissed.

Weiner
– Dion Alan-Terez Weiner, 27, pleaded guilty Sept. 16 to fourth-degree fleeing and eluding and was sentenced Dec. 8 to 18 days in jail with credit for 18 days served; 18 months probation; and $598 in fines and costs.

Quintero-Mendoza
– Roberto Quintero Mendoza, 42, pleaded guilty Oct. 13 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Dec. 8 to 251 days in jail with credit for 251 days served; two years probation; and $1,108 in fines and costs.

Peterson
– Brianna Emily Peterson, 34, pleaded guilty Sept. 23 to delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced Dec. 8 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. Charges of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug were dismissed.

Pomponio
– Jesse Pomponio, 37, pleaded guilty Sept. 23 to delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced Dec. 8 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. Charges of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug were dismissed.

Pierce
– Robert Anthony Pierce, 28, pleaded guilty Sept. 15 to possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy and was sentenced Dec. 8 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 18 months probation; and $598 in fines and costs.

Osborne
– Clint Lee Osborne, 35, pleaded guilty Oct. 13 to possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy and was sentenced Dec. 8 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $598 in fines and costs.

Ho
– John Rineer-Chua Ho, 39, pleaded guilty Sept. 23 to delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug and was sentenced Dec. 8 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $726 in fines and costs.
