Monday, Dec. 1, 2025:
- 1:57 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a 45-year-old Hart man was arrested for driving while license suspended, operating without insurance and improper license plate, and a 42-year-old Wellston woman was arrested on warrants, Monroe Road, Crystal Township. They were lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025:
- 4 p.m., (OCSO), a 37-year-old Whitehall man was cited for driving while license revoked and operating without insurance, South Oceana Drive near Tonawanda Trail, Grant Township.
Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2025:
- 2:29 p.m., (OCSO), animal abuse, dogs were reportedly left outside in the cold with no shelter, 5500 block of East Madison Road, Colfax Township.
Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025:
- 11:54 p.m., (OCSO), a 28-year-old Walkerville man was arrested on warrants, West Hawley Road near Oak Street, Village of Hesperia. Charges of methamphetamine possession and possession of counterfeit money are pending review by the Oceana County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Friday, Dec. 5, 2025:
- 4:31 p.m., (OCSO), damaged property, a deer blind was damaged, 9200 block of East Garfield Road, Newfield Township.
Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025:
- 6:47 p.m., (OCSO), a 38-year-old Shelby man was arrested for second-offense driving while license suspended, northbound US 31 near Stony Lake Road, Shelby Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Sunday, Dec. 7, 2025:
- 9:25 a.m., (Michigan State Police), minor injuries were reported in a car vs. semi truck crash, South Oceana Drive near Roosevelt Road, Grant Township.
