Sally Ann Kirwin, 86, of Walkerville, passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2025. She was born April 5, 1939, in Hart, the daughter of Asa Taylor and Laura (Dominy) Taylor.

Sally enjoyed playing guitar, dancing, and crafting jewelry. She also loved playing cards with her husband and friends.  Most of all, she enjoyed the time she got to spend with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sally was the head cook at Walkerville School for many years and her food was loved by many.

Sally is survived by: her children, Wayne (Beth) Kirwin, Eva (Dave) Amstutz, Dan (Laurie) Kirwin, Lora Lee (Tim) Sibley, and Jody (Kirwin) Gorenflo; grandchildren, Nicole (Tony) Hansen; Melissa (Bryan) Faurot, Kasey Kirwin, David Amstutz, Chris (Stevie) Kirwin, Matt (Christina) Kirwin, David (Regina) Kirwin, Karla (Zack) Bauer, Paula (Matt) Holliday, Tim (Amy) Sibley, Josh (Ally) Sibley, Katie Sibley, and Natasha (Russ) Swihart; 42 great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren, Jason, Josh, and Sarah; and sisters-in-law, Arlene Fairchild and Joyce Kirwin.

Sally was preceded in death by her loving husband, Wayne Kirwin; grandson, Ricky Gorenflo; and siblings, Earl (Beverly) Taylor, Joyce (Roy), Wilson Taylor, Jean Jorgenson, David Taylor, and Dean Taylor.

Memorial services will be conducted at noon, Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Walkerville Wesleyan Church, 144 176th Avenue, Walkerville, with Pastor Bob Abbott officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday from 11 a.m. until time of services at the church. A luncheon will follow the memorial service at the church.
