Felonies

Oom

– Brett Andrew Oom, 38, of Kent City; felony of communicating with another to commit a crime and misdemeanors of stalking, intentional dissemination of sexually explicit visual material and telephone — malicious use to threaten. Preliminary exam for the felony: Nov. 25 at 1 p.m. Pretrial conference: for the misdemeanor charges: Dec. 11 at 2:25 p.m.

Borgeson

– Andrew Lee Borgeson, 31, of Montague, a felony of computers — unauthorized access and a misdemeanor of intentional dissemination of sexually explicit visual material. Preliminary exam for the felony: Nov. 25 at 1 p.m. Pretrial conference for the misdemeanor: Nov. 13 at 2:45 p.m.

Lopez

– Arturo Ysabel Lopez, Jr., 42, of New Era, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Nov. 25 at 1 p.m.

Stoudt

– Christopher Abel Stoudt, 46, of Montague, methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam:

Dukes

– Matthew Charles Dukes, 40, of New Era, felony of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor of larceny. Preliminary exam for the felony: Nov. 25 at 1 p.m. Pretrial conference for the misdemeanor: Dec. 4 at 1:45 p.m.

Martin

– Nikolas Paul Martin, 24, of Manistee, possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Preliminary exam: Nov. 25 at 1 p.m.

Rhoads

– Billy Lee Rhoads, 38, of Fremont, common law fraud. Preliminary exam: Nov. 25 at 1 p.m.

Dean

– Linsey Jo Dean, of Walkerville, 39, methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Nov. 25 at 1 p.m.

Gill

– Isaac Robert Gill, 36, of Walkerville, methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Nov. 25 at 1 p.m.

Zastrow

– Shelly Lyn Zastrow, 59 of Muskegon; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Nov. 25 at 1 p.m.

Schilz

– William David Schilz, 52, of Rothbury, methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Nov. 25 at 1 p.m.

Durbin

– Patrick James Durbin, Jr., 60, of Twin Lake; fleeing police in a vehicle. Preliminary exam: No. 18 at 1 p.m.

Soltow

– Ted Robert Soltow, 67, of Fountain; felon in possession of ammunition. Preliminary exam: Nov. 18 at 1 p.m.

Misdemeanors

• Amy Suzanne Trudell, 59, of Hart, operating with a high blood alcohol content (.17 or higher). Pretrial: Dec. 4 at 1:30 p.m.
• Alan Richard Agard, 77, of Holton, operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Dec. 4 at 1:15 p.m.
• Nathaniel Kane Hooker, 42, of Pentwater; domestic violence. Pretrial: Dec. 11 at 1:45 p.m.
• Brenda Lee Leonard, 53, of Muskegon, indecent exposure. Pretrial conference: Nov. 20 at 10:15 a.m.
• Steven Luke Dykman, 30, of Fountain; operating while intoxicated. Probation violation hearing: Nov. 18 at 2:30 p.m.
• Daphanie Alicia Ludlow, 39, of Hart; second-offense operating while intoxicated. Pretrial conference: Dec. 11 at 1:45 p.m.
• Eduardo Gonzalez, 32, of Taylor, Mich., operating while intoxicated and open intoxicants. Pretrial conference: Dec. 4 at 1 p.m.
• Mason Jacob Hoeker, 21, of Hart; domestic violence. Pretrial conference: Nov. 20 at 10 a.m.
• Harry Albert Pulsipher, Jr., 45, of Rothbury, failure to report an accident. Pretrial conference: Dec. 11 at 2:30 p.m.
• Justin David Yonker, 39, of Hesperia, driving while license suspended. Pretrial conference: Dec. 11 at 2 p.m.
• Richard William Ingalls, 57, of Hesperia, driving while license suspended. Pretrial conference: Dec. 4 at 10:45 a.m.
• Jerry Lee Brown, 60, using 911 for unauthorized purposes. Pretrial conference: Nov. 20 at 10:45 a.m.
• Tany Marie Hyde, 48, of Hesperia, driving while license suspended. Pretrial conference: Dec. 11 at 1:30 p.m.
• Jason Dale Wilks, 41, of Hesperia; second-offense driving while license suspended. Pretrial conference: Dec. 4 at 11 a.m.
• Shannon Lee Barker, 49, of Hesperia, two counts of driving while license suspended. Pretrial conference: Nov. 20 at 9:45 a.m.
