– Brett Andrew Oom, 38, of Kent City; felony of communicating with another to commit a crime and misdemeanors of stalking, intentional dissemination of sexually explicit visual material and telephone — malicious use to threaten. Preliminary exam for the felony: Nov. 25 at 1 p.m. Pretrial conference: for the misdemeanor charges: Dec. 11 at 2:25 p.m.

Borgeson
– Andrew Lee Borgeson, 31, of Montague, a felony of computers — unauthorized access and a misdemeanor of intentional dissemination of sexually explicit visual material. Preliminary exam for the felony: Nov. 25 at 1 p.m. Pretrial conference for the misdemeanor: Nov. 13 at 2:45 p.m.

– Arturo Ysabel Lopez, Jr., 42, of New Era, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Nov. 25 at 1 p.m.
