HART — The following were sentenced this week in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Scheel
– Bobby Jo Scheel, 44, pleaded guilty June 9 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced Oct. 27 to 10 months in jail with credit for four days served; one and a half years probation; electronic monitoring; and $598 in fines and costs.
Anthony
– Ryan Joseph Anthony, 39, pleaded guilty Aug. 25 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced Oct. 27 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one and a half years probation; and $658 in fines and costs.
– Cody Michael King, 36, pleaded guilty Aug. 25 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced Oct. 27 to 10 months in jail with credit for seven days served and $598 in fines and costs. Charges of carrying a concealed weapon and operating an unregistered vehicle were dismissed. No photo available.
Liu
– Tony Liu, 27, pleaded guilty Aug. 25 to delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced Oct. 27 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs.
– Herman Ray Evelhoch, 53, pleaded guilty July 28 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced Oct. 27 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs.
