79th District Court sentences, published Oct. 27, 2025

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Richard Vern Holtrop, 45, pleaded guilty Oct. 14 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to complete Alcohol Highway Safety Education and $1,155 in fines and costs.

Mitchell James Mulder, 23, pleaded guilty Oct. 14 to operating while impaired and was sentenced to two days in jail; six months probation; outpatient treatment; and $1,155 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

William David Schilz, 52, pleaded guilty Oct, 14 to second-offense driving while license suspended and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs.

Joseph Luz Mosqueda, 59, pleaded guilty Oct, 14 to driving while license suspended and was sentenced to $200 in fines and costs.

Trey Everett-Collin Gregorski, 32, pleaded guilty Oct. 14 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; six months probation; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; and $1,020 in fines and costs. 

Wayne Joseph Tollenaar III, 32, pleaded guilty Oct. 8 to assault and battery and was sentenced to two days in jail; one year probation; and $480 in fines and costs. A second case charging Tollenaar with assault and battery is set for a jury trial Dec. 15.

Eduardo Cruz, 49, pleaded guilty Oct. 14 to third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for time served and $150 in fines and costs.

Daniel Lee-Beresford Coon, 57, pleaded guilty Aug. 12 to operating while impaired and was sentenced Oct. 14 to five days in jail with credit for time served; six months probation; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; and $1,055 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

Tyler Jo Fink, 29, pleaded guilty Oct, 14 to second-offense driving while license suspended and was sentenced to $375 in fines and costs.
