Felonies

Garg

– Nehul Kumar Garg, 28, of Toronto, Ontario, delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine. Preliminary exam: Oct. 14 at 1 p.m.

Tate

– Jaxon Laine Tate, 27, of Hart, fleeing and eluding police. Preliminary exam: Oct. 21 at 1 p.m.

Zimmerman

– Luke Lea Zimmerman, 27, a felony of drug possession — narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams and a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam for the felony charge: Nov. 6 at 10:45 a.m. Pretrial for the misdemeanor charge: Nov. 20 at 11 a.m.

Moffett

– Isabell Kathleen Moffett, 22, of Shawnee Mission, Kansas, methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Preliminary exam: Oct. 14 at 1 p.m.

  • Conan Prescott Carr, 24, operating with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .17 or higher. Pretrial: Nov. 13 at 2:15 p.m.
  • Leonel Cano, 20, of Shelby, operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Nov. 20 at 11:45 a.m.
  • Sasan Jonathan Paradineh, (no age listed), of Shelby, operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Oct. 23 at 1:45 p.m.
  • Jeremy James Holman, 42, of Pentwater, operating while intoxicated with an occupant less than 16 years old. Pretrial: Nov. 20 at 11:15 a.m.
  • Natalie Patricia Colegrove, 37, of Shelby, operating while impaired by an impaired substance. Pretrial: Oct. 23 at 9:15 a.m.
  • Hunter Michael Meyer, 19 of Howell, Mich., operating with a BAC .02-.07— under age 21. Pretrial: Oct. 23 at 1:30 p.m.
  • Jose David Juarez, 24, of Shelby, retail fraud. Pretrial: Oct. 23 at 11 a.m.
  • Cory Allan Ewing, 46, of Hart, malicious destruction of property valued at less than $200. Pretrial: Nov. 6 at 10:45 a.m.
  • Daniel James Swanger, Sr., 57, of Hesperia, malicious destruction of property valued at less than $200. Pretrial: Nov. 20 at 10:45 a.m.
  • Adrianna Rae Avila, 27, of Muskegon, driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Nov. 20 at 11:15 a.m.
  • Gabriel Michael Huffman, 19, of Grand Junction, Mich., DWLS. Pretrial: Nov. 6 at 10:30 a.m.
  • Rachael Michele Norman, 37, of Muskegon, DWLS. Pretrial: Dec. 4 at 1 p.m.
  • Michel Lane Murphy, 63, of Hesperia, DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 23 at 9:45 a.m.
  • Adam Bradley Kaminiski, (age not listed), of Pentwater, second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Nov. 13 at 2:25 p.m.
  • Glenn Harvey Wiggers, 50, of Muskegon, second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Nov. 13 at 2:15 p.m.
  • Jennifer Sue Kruisenga, 43, of Hart, DWLS. Pretrial: Nov. 13 at 2 p.m..
  • Frederick Michael Zimmer, 32, of Muskegon Heights, DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 23 at 10:45 a.m.
