Sunday, Sept. 28, 2025:
- 11:43 p.m., a 19-year-old Hesperia man was cited for driving while license revoked, East Garfield Road near Maple Island Road, Greenwood Township.
Monday, Sept. 29, 2025:
- 6:07 a.m., a 47-year-old Pentwater man was arrested for operating while intoxicated with a passenger under age 16, in the 300 block of Sixth Street, Village of Pentwater. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025:
- 2:58 a.m., a 45-year-old Hesperia man was cited for second-offense driving while license revoked, Polk Road and 88th Avenue, Hart Township.
Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2025:
- Larceny of climbing stakes for a tree stand, West Arthur Road near Anchor Road, Grant Township. The stakes are valued at $100.
- 4:44 p.m., report of dissemination of explicit material, 5800 block of Seventh Street, Mears. The crime reportedly occurred during a time frame of Aug. 27 to Sept. 1.
Thursday, Oct. 2, 2025:
- 12:24 p.m., a 27-year-old Hart man was arrested for fleeing and eluding, East Clock Road and 120th Avenue, Elbridge Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
- 6 p.m., domestic violence, 5700 block of South 104th Avenue, Grant Township.
