– Chelce Jo Beagle, 32, (no hometown listed) two counts of breaking and entering with intent. Probable cause conference: Oct. 14 at 1 p.m.

Speech
– Derrick DaWayne Speech, 37, (no hometown listed) assault with a dangerous weapon and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause conference: Sept. 23 at 1 p.m.

Soltow
– Ted Robert Soltow, 66, of Hart, possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic. Case bound over to 51st Circuit Court/pretrial hearing: Oct. 27 at 10:20 a.m.

Odom
– Justin Lee Odom, 31, of Harvey, Louisiana, delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams and delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Preliminary exam: Sept. 30 at 1 p.m.

Smith
– Valerie Ann Smith, 36, of Rothbury, methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Sept. 30 at 1 p.m.

Huntley
– Donald Eugene Huntley, of Walkerville, methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Sept. 30 at 1 p.m.

Hornacek
– Paulenea Tiffanie Hornacek, 33, of Fountain, methamphetamine possession and third-offense operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: Sept. 30 at 1 p.m.

Wines
– Ronald Glen Wines, 28, of White Cloud, breaking and entering a building. Preliminary exam: Sept. 30 at 1 p.m.

Bogert
– Todd Anthony Bogert, 40, of Kentwood, methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Sept. 30 at 1 p.m.

Gonzalez
– Marcelino Gonzalez, 51, (no hometown listed) one count of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine 50-225 grams and two counts of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams. Preliminary exam: Sept. 30 at 1 p.m.
– Frank Alan Willard, Jr., 60, of Fremont, second-degree home invasion. Preliminary exam: Sept. 30 at 1 p.m. no mugshot.
– Ronald Warren Sheafor, 33, of Hart; possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic. Case was bound over the 51st Circuit Court, pretrial: Oct. 13 at 11:20 a.m. No mugshot.
Misdemeanors
– Mark Allan Delano, 66, of Montague, second-offense driving while license suspended. (Hearing date not listed).
– John Zachary Gentry, of White Cloud, driving while license suspended. Plea/sentencing hearing: Sept. 16 at 4:10 p.m.
