79th District Court sentences, published Sept. 10, 2025

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Patrick Tyler Jewett, 31, pleaded guilty Aug. 26 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to five days in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; must attend Alcoholics Anonymous twice a week; one year probation; and $1,155 in fines and costs. One count of second-offense operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

Gustavo Guadarrama-Gonzalez, 31, pleaded guilty June 10 to operating while impaired and was sentenced Aug. 19 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; six months probation; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; Victim Impact Panel; and $1,000 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

Kenneth James Spears, 59, pleaded guilty Aug. 26 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to three days in jail with credit for time served; six months probation; and $1,155 in fines and costs.

Jose Concepcion Velez, 61, pleaded guilty Aug. 19 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; and $1,155 in fines and costs.

Daniel Raymond Fahrlander, 52, pleaded guilty Aug. 26 to operating while impaired and was sentenced to six days in jail with credit for time served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; and $755 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

Joseph Owen Pulsipher, 48, pleaded guilty Sept. 9 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for time served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; and $1,155 in fines and costs.

Brenda Lee Leonard, 53, pleaded no contest Sept. 9 to disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 45 days in jail with credit for time served; six months probation; and $125 in fines and costs.

Travis William Johnson, 44, pleaded guilty Sept. 9 to attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Sept. 9 to two days in jail with credit for two days served and $500 in fines and costs. One count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police was dismissed.

Casiano Reyes Cruz, 40, pleaded guilty May 13 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Sept. 9 to three days in jail with credit for time served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; and $1,155 in fines and costs.

Sandy Rae Olson, 42, pleaded guilty Aug. 26 to second-offense driving while license suspended and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs.

Sean W. Johnson, 40, pleaded guilty Aug. 26 to second-offense driving while license suspended and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs.

Travis Arden Clements, 43, pleaded guilty Aug. 19 to driving while license suspended and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs.

Isaiah Robert Klop, 27, pleaded guilty Aug. 26 to driving while license suspended and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs.

Isaac Robert Gill, 29, of Walkerville, pleaded guilty Aug. 12 to driving while license suspended and was sentenced to $150 in fines and costs.
