- 6:46 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), domestic violence, no arrest, 8000 block of West Taylor Road, Golden Township.
Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2025:
- 6:02 a.m., (OCSO), a 58-year-old Shelby man was cited for driving while license revoked, South 132nd Avenue near Pierce Road, Ferry Township.
- 8:06 p.m., (OCSO), fleeing and eluding police — involving a juvenile on a dirt bike, Madison Road near 120th Avenue, Crystal Township.
- 9:49 p.m., (OCSO), a 42-year-old Hesperia man was arrested on a warrant and a charge of second-offense driving while license revoked, 186th Avenue near Johnson Road, Newfield Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail. A 40-year-old Hesperia woman was cited for allowing a suspended/revoked driver to operate.
- (Michigan State Police), a 28-year-old woman was cited for operating without insurance, US 31 near M 20, Shelby Township. (Time of incident unavailable.)
Thursday, Aug. 21, 2025:
- (MSP), a 26-year-old Hesperia man was cited for failure to pay sex offender fees while at the MSP post, City of Hart. (Time of incident unavailable.)
Friday, Aug. 22, 2025:
- 8:25 a.m., (OCSO), a 66-year-old Hart man was arrested for methamphetamine possession, North 120th Avenue near Monroe Road, Crystal Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
- (MSP), a 48-year-old Plainwell man was arrested on an outstanding warrant after a traffic stop, US 31 and Polk Road, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail. (Time of incident unavailable.)
- (MSP), a 32-year-old Hart man cited for operating without a license, Oceana Drive and Filmore Road, Hart Township. (Time of incident unavailable.)
Saturday, Aug. 23, 2025:
- 3:38 a.m., (OCSO), a 28-year-old Hart man was arrested for operating with a high blood alcohol content/”super drunk,” northbound US 31 near Hayes Road, Shelby Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
- 11:39 a.m., (OCSO), larceny of a mailbox, 6200 block of East VanBuren Road, Leavitt Township.
- 11:04 p.m., (OCSO), malicious destruction of property, Winter Street, Village of Hesperia.
- (MSP), a 38-year-old Shelby man was cited for operating without insurance, Oceana Drive and Edwards Drive, Village of Rothbury. (Time of incident unavailable.)
