HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
Maguire Alan Crothers, 19, pleaded guilty Aug. 12 to operating while impaired and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; and $1,055 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
Wendelin Lee Barnes, 63, pleaded guilty May 6 to operating while impaired and was sentenced Aug. 12 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; and $1,055 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
Jason Paul Becklin II, 29, pleaded guilty June 17 to operating while impaired and was sentenced Aug. 12 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $1,055 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
Isidoro Flores-Gomez, Jr., 30, pleaded guilty Aug. 12 to second-offense driving while license suspended and was sentenced to $350 in fines and costs.
Robert Isaac Gill, 36, pleaded guilty Aug. 12 to DWLS and was sentenced to $150 in fines and costs.
Leticia Gonzalez-Villegas, 63, pleaded guilty Aug. 12 to failure to report an accident and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. One count of failure to stop after a collision was dismissed.
