51st Circuit Court sentences, published July 29, 2025

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Bozeman

– Ashley Renee Bozeman, 34, pleaded guilty June 9 to delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and was sentenced July 28 to two to 20 years in prison with credit for 68 days served; and $198 in fines and costs. Bozeman also pleaded guilty to delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine in a separate file and was sentenced to a concurrent term of two to 20 years in prison with credit for 67 days served and $198 in fines and costs. Charges of illegal sale/use of a financial transaction device and methamphetamine/ecstasy possession were dismissed.

Fuller

– Sidney B. Fuller, 62, pleaded “no contest” June 9 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced July 28 to 10 months in jail and $398 in fines and costs. Fuller was also found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced July 28 to a concurrent term of 10 months in jail with credit for 15 days served in jail.

Crowley

– Howard Crowley, 64, pleaded guilty June 9 to possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced July 28 to seven days in jail with credit for seven days served; one year probation; and $458 in fines and costs.

Anible

– Crystal Lnor-Elizabeth Anible, 42, pleaded guilty May 5 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced July 28 to four days in jail with credit for four days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs.

– Desiree Elaine McCarthy, 28, pleaded guilty May 12 to two counts of possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy and was sentenced July 7 to $726 in fines and costs. McCarthy was sentenced in Florida, her home state, to a concurrent term that includes long-term probation, said Oceana County Prosecutor Joseph Bizon. Two counts of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and one count of delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug were dismissed. (Mugshot unavailable)

Tirado

– Christopher A. Tirado, 38, pleaded guilty May 12 to delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug and was sentenced July 7 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. One count of delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic was dismissed.
