HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
Joseph Scott Summerskill, 40, of Hesperia, pleaded guilty June 24 to second-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to 46 days in jail with credit for 46 days served; $286.40 in restitution; and $125 in fines and costs.
Laurence Andrew Hill, 62, of Montague, pleaded guilty June 24 to second-offense driving while license suspended and was sentenced to eight days in jail with credit for eight days served and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
Michael William-Dale Steffes, 36, of Hesperia, pleaded guilty June 24 to third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to $24.50 in restitution and $300 in fines and costs.
Katrina Anne Brown, 42, of Hart, pleaded guilty June 24 to third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to $8 restitution and $300 in fines and costs.
Suante G. Davis, 49, of Muskegon, pleaded guilty June 24 to second-offense driving while license suspended and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Eric Christopher Day, 40, of Muskegon, pleaded guilty June 24 to second-offense driving while license suspended and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Andrew Bert Dykman, 35, of Newaygo, pleaded guilty June 24 to second-offense driving while license suspended and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Daniel Paul Beaird, Jr., 34, of Shelby, pleaded guilty June 23 to failure to report an accident and was sentenced to $125 in fines and costs.
Kathy Ann Jones, 59, of Walkerville, pleaded guilty June 25 to open alcohol container in a vehicle and was sentenced to $200 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Stormie Leigh Sheafor, 34, of Shelby, pleaded guilty June 25 to furnishing tobacco to minors and was sentenced to $150 in fines and costs.
