HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Liu
– Tony Liu, 27, of Swedesboro, New Jersey; delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance — cocaine, heroin or another narcotic less than 50 grams. Preliminary exam: July 8 at 1 p.m.
Edlund
– Richard Allen Edlund II, 47, of Rothbury; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: July 15 at 1 p.m.
– Samuel Arthur Gilletee, 64, of Hesperia; assault with a dangerous weapon. Preliminary exam: July 15 at 1 p.m.
– Ashley Renee Bozeman, 34, of Hart; illegal sale/use of a financial transaction device. Case was bound over to 51st Circuit Court. Pretrial: July 28 at 11:20 a.m.
Mosley
– Quinton Allen Mosley, 68, of Montague; assault with a dangerous weapon. Case was bound over to 51st Circuit Court. Pretrial: Sept. 8 at 10:50 a.m.
Maxa
– Shaun Anthony Maxa, 41, of Lawrence, Michigan; common law fraud. Probable cause hearing: July 1 at 3 p.m.
– Carson Trey Griffin, 19 of Fremont; unlawful driving away of a motor vehicle/car theft. The defendant failed to appear for a pretrial hearing June 23, and a bench warrant was issued, court records state.
Misdemeanors
- Mark F. Burns, of Waukegan, 64, Illinois; second-offense operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: July 17 at 1:15 p.m.
- Luke Lea Zimmerman, 27, of Linden, Michigan; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 14 at 11:15 a.m.
- Aaron Christopher Gwinn, 28, of O’Brien, Florida; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: July 24 at 1:45 p.m.
- Spencer Allen Smith, 21, of Cedar Springs, Michigan; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: July 10 at 9 a.m.
- Matthew Glenn Howard, 51, of Rothbury; retail fraud. Pretrial: July 17 at 1 a.m.
