HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Martin
– Nikolas Paul Martin, 24, pleaded guilty April 28 to controlled substance possession — cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced June 16 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $398 in fines and costs. One count of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession was dismissed. Martin was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced to a concurrent term of 125 days in jail with credit for 125 days served and 18 months probation. His probation stems from a 2024 conviction of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession.
Woodbury
– Benjamin Allen Woodbury, 40, pleaded guilty April 28 to possession of child sexually abusive material and was sentenced June 23 to six months in jail with credit for five days served; five years probation; and $658 in fines and costs.
Schneider
– Dale Allen Schneider, 56, pleaded guilty April 28 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced June 23 to six months in jail with credit for two days served; 18 months probation; and $1,108 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license suspended was dismissed.
Castledine
– Heber Orr Castledine IV, 44, pleaded guilty May 5 to controlled substance possession — cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced June 23 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
Foley
– Michael James Foley, 31, pleaded guilty May 12 to third-degree fleeing police officer and was sentenced June 23 to one year in jail and $198 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.
Tetzlaff
– Ken Vincent Tetzlaff, 55, pleaded guilty May 5 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced June 23 to three days in jail with credit for three days served; two years probation; and $898 in fines and costs.
