HART — The following were sentenced in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Wert
– Timothy David Wert, 44, pleaded guilty April 14 to possession of weapons by a prohibited person and was sentenced June 9 to seven months in jail with credit for 88 days served and $598 in fines and costs. Wert was also found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced June 9 to a concurrent term of 10 months in jail with credit for 127 days served. His probation stems from a 2024 conviction of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession.
VanDerZanden
– Randy Jordan VanDerZanden, 34, pleaded guilty April 14 to unlawful use of a motor vehicle and was sentenced June 9 to six days in jail with credit for six days served; one year probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
