Smith
– Devon Izac-Mathew Smith, 28, of Montague; fleeing police in a vehicle and misdemeanors of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and open intoxicants. Preliminary exam: May 20 at 1 p.m.
Taylor
– Steven Harold Taylor, 61, of Rothbury; third-offense operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: May 27 at 1 p.m.
Booher
– Benjamin Dakota Booher, 24, of Hesperia; controlled substance possession. Case bound over to 51st Circuit Court.
Thrailkill
– Brandon Scott Thrailkill, 31, of Hart; controlled substance possession. Case bound over to 51st Circuit Court.
Wilson
– Ryan Paul Wilson, 40, of Whitehall; fleeing police in a vehicle. Preliminary exam: May 20 at 1 p.m.
– Eric James Bingman, 43, of Newaygo; forgery. Preliminary exam: May 20 at 1 p.m. (Mugshot not available).
Horton
– Felicia Lee Horton, 32, of Holton; prisoner possessing contraband. Case bound over to 51st Circuit Court.
Misdemeanors
- Seth Joseph Davila, 23, of Pentwater; operating while intoxicated. Plea/sentencing hearing: June 24 at 3:50 p.m.
- Rick Albert King, 31, of Hart; domestic violence. Probation violation hearing: May 20 at 2:50 p.m.
- Nathaniel Kain Hooker, 41, of Pentwater; second-offense domestic violence and DWLS. Pretrial: June 12 at 1:15 p.m.
- Lisa Marie Gillespie, 46, of Hart; disorderly person — drunk. PretrialL June 5 at 11 a.m.
- Austin Allen Gillette, 29, of Hesperia; domestic violence. Pretrial: June 5 at 11:45 a.m.
