Utilities Maintenance Technician I – West Shore Community College seeks an outstanding individual to assist in the Facilities Maintenance area wherever required, including performing general repairs in maintaining building components and mechanical systems, custodial duties, mail pickup and delivery, assisting in loading and unloading and delivery of packages.
The Utility Maintenance Technician I reports directly to the Director of Facilities and Recreational Services and shall maintain a positive customer service orientation. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. A successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in general maintenance and repair of buildings and mechanical systems. Hourly rate starting at or above $16.68, with a full benefit package.
